Garv-Se-Desi Adoption Camp

Desiwoof is elated to commence the new on-field project Garv-Se-Desi, to travel across nine cities, creating awareness and facilitating adoption. Our team of volunteers, experts, animal lovers, and rescuers are on board to dedicate two days to our furry four-legged desi puppies. You can adopt puppies at the adoption drive, donate for the cause, or join Desiwoof to create a better tomorrow for our desi indies.

Cause to tackle:

Indian dogs on the streets suffer innumerably due to starvation, neglect, abuse, and many medical disabilities. People Lack awareness about owning an indie at home; nevertheless, their natural habitat results in low maintenance and healthy growth. The team is determined to spread the word, help rescuers with as many adoptions, vaccinate indies and undertake a full-fledged awareness drive. Hence, the team will travel across nine cities, spreading awareness starting from Raipur(Chhattisgarh).

Plan of Action:
The Desiwoof team is on board to ensure the adoption camp is successful, following all covid precautions. Our team plans to travel to Raipur, Indore, Pune, Nagpur, Bengaluru, Delhi, Jaipur, Kolkata, and Kochi, determined to help find homes for more than 300 puppies across the country. They also look forward to vaccinating more than 500 puppies across the country. The team also welcomes animal lovers to volunteer and join the Desiwoof clan.

What can you expect?

Lots of licks, laughter, and learning. Be prepared to lose your heart to one of the puppies or meltdown in awe when you carry a pupper. There will be cheerful laughter all around with volunteers and puppies. You will be surprised to learn so much about indies. It will be a day of facts and fun. While you interact with the team, you will hear stories of rescuers, meet a few notorious, shy, and fun-loving puppies who might steal your heart. At the adoption camp, you will also meet the team of Desiwoof.
